A new experiential programme by Hotel Jen encourages travellers to go where the locals go, discover new experiences and leave boring behind after dark.
The Hotel Jen brand embraces the love for life and travel, helping curious travellers to leave boring behind through spontaneous experiences, unpublished insights and unconventional perspectives. The Night Light map is designed for guests who wish to be immersed in a destination and explore safely after dark with a carefree mind. Night Light is anchored around a ‘living’ interactive map and invigorating weekly activities organised by the hotels. With this map they want to provide a new perspective through curated insider insights.
“Hotel Jen caters to urban adventurers who are passionate about discovering new places, cultures and experiences. We are encouraging our guests to head out and explore the thriving activities that each destination has to offer between sunset and sunrise. – Marisa Aranha, vice president of sales and marketing for Hotel Jen
Leave boring behind
For each city where Hotel Jen is located, there is an interactive and ‘living’ map that continuously collects data from social check-ins and selected hashtags. The map presents noteworthy and interesting hotspots in each city after dark and is powered by the city’s inhabitants, including a select group of local influencers, who share their insider knowledge.
Every week, each Hotel Jen offers activities at the hotel or around the city allowing guests to discover the destination from an alternative angle. Hotel Jen in Singapore offers sunset yoga by the rooftop pool with a breathtaking panoramic view while Hotel Jen Manila has a live band at the lounge in the evening.
Hotel Jen is located in nine cities across Asia Pacific: Brisbane, Hong Kong, Johor, Malé, Manila, Penang, Shenyang and Singapore. You can find a Night Light map for these cities on the website of Hotel Jen.
